Lemongrass
1. First and foremost the favourite smell of my hubby. If I have Lemongrass on, his face instantly lights up. He must have good smell association surrounding this scent.
2. Did you know its only been around and used for aromatherapists for less than one hundred years. Which isn’t very long when compared to other popular ancient oils like our dear Frankincence.
3. Like lemon oil, lemongrass is very adapable. It can be used in multiple ways.
4. Think repellents, shampoos, soaps and detergents to more therapeutically to assist with coughs and colds , joints and even digestion.
5, The refreshing smell of the herbaceous lemongrass can help you soothe the skin and hair. Add a drop to your shampoo
6. Its a strong herby smell with a hint of lemon due to its citral content.
7. Lemongrass Essential Oil has a strong and herbay aroma that has a ‘lemony’ touch due to its citral content.
8. Its good for nervous exhaustion. irritability and assists with focus and its a goood one for morning fatigue in the diffuser to simply inhale.
9. It can be helpful for excessive perspiration (good deodorant , enlarged pores, oily skin & hair, cellulite and as a tissue toner. Good in my cellulite blend.
10. Can increase milk supply for nursing mums too.
I know its good for much much much more.

You need:
10 drops of Pure Lemon Essential oil
10 drops of Pure Clove Essential oil
500g of Bicarb
1 tbls dish wash (homemade if you are good😉).
What you do:
Add the bicarb to a jar and add the scent of your oils. Stir well. Wet the kitchen sink and sprinkle over 4 tbls of the mix. Add the dish wash to the sink and scrub with a brush. Rinse and air dry.
